The top is made of 16-gauge 304 series stainless steel, delivering corrosion resistance and long-term durability in prep or staging stations. Mechanically polished to a satin finish, the surface helps reduce cleaning time and maintains a refined appearance. Underneath, three galvanized hat channels are secured with weld studs and adhesive to prevent sagging and keep the work surface level under pressure. A 1 5⁄8-inch rolled rim on the front and back reduces spillover, while square sides enable flush placement alongside other workstations.

The Advance Tabco MG-243 includes an 18-gauge galvanized undershelf that adjusts vertically to store various-sized containers and equipment. It fastens securely to galvanized tubular legs using aluminum die-cast clamps that eliminate the need for visible hardware. A rear tubular cross rail enhances frame stability, while gussets welded beneath the top reinforce high-stress areas. The legs terminate in 1-inch adjustable plastic bullet feet, helping the unit remain level on irregular flooring.
