Its 108-inch length provides a continuous surface for prep, plating, or staging in high-traffic kitchen workflows. The 16-gauge, 304-series stainless steel top features a satin-polished finish and is sound deadened to reduce noise and vibration. A 1 5⁄8-inch rolled rim along the front edge and square bends on both sides offer a smooth, clean profile, while the 1 1⁄2-inch rear backsplash helps prevent spills from reaching nearby walls or equipment.

To ensure lasting performance in commercial environments, the Advance Tabco FMS-309 work table includes TIG-welded construction with polished seams, three welded hat channels, and stainless steel gussets that reinforce the top under pressure. Below the surface, the adjustable 18-gauge stainless steel undershelf offers convenient storage for tools or supplies and is secured with aluminum die-cast clamps to maintain a bolt-free appearance. The unit is supported by six 1 5⁄8-inch diameter tubular stainless steel legs and 1-inch adjustable stainless bullet feet for leveling on uneven floors. Pre-engineered angle adapters are welded in place to accommodate future drawer additions without requiring field modification.
