The 60-inch-long, 30-inch-deep work surface is made of 16-gauge, 304-series stainless steel and finished with a satin polish that resists wear and is easy to clean. Its front edge features a 1 5⁄8-inch rolled rim to reduce noise and soften repeated contact, while square side edges and a 1 1⁄2-inch rear backsplash help maintain clean transitions and protect surrounding walls from splatter.

For support and stability during continuous prep, the Advance Tabco FMS-305 work table includes four 1 5⁄8-inch diameter tubular stainless steel legs, each capped with a 1-inch adjustable stainless bullet foot to compensate for uneven flooring. An 18-gauge stainless steel undershelf provides extra storage and adjusts to hold containers of various sizes. Aluminum die-cast clamps secure the shelf to the legs without visible bolts, contributing to a clean professional look. The top is internally reinforced with three stainless hat channels and welded gussets, while all TIG-welded seams are polished to match adjacent areas. A sound-deadened core reduces vibration and enhances user comfort during repeated tasks.
