The expansive 120-inch-wide top is fabricated of 16-gauge, 304 series stainless steel to resist corrosion and sustain heavy foodservice use. Reinforced with three embossed galvanized steel hat channels, the top remains rigid under load and is secured using structural adhesive and weld studs. It features a satin finish for a clean appearance and is acoustically treated to dampen sounds in busy commercial kitchens.

Undershelf storage on the Advance Tabco FMS-3010 work table can be repositioned to accommodate various container sizes and tools. Constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel, the shelf is secured by aluminum die-cast clamps for a sleek look without exposed fasteners. The table’s 1 5⁄8-inch tubular stainless steel legs are braced with welded gussets for structural strength. Square ends fit flush against other equipment, and the rolled front rim supports sanitary handling. The unit also includes factory-welded angle adapters to facilitate future drawer installations and features 1-inch adjustable stainless bullet feet to ensure balanced placement on uneven flooring.
