Dean SR114E Description
The Dean SR114E Super Runner Value fryer is a floor model measuring 15 3⁄4 inches wide by 27 1⁄4 inches deep by 44 inches high. Ideal for cooking batches of french fries, fried chicken, hash browns, and other popular menu items, it has a 40-pound oil capacity and comes with twin fry baskets. To maintain ideal oil conditions, it includes a durable temperature probe and features a wide cold zone that separates sediment from the oil. For simple draining, it's designed with a sloped bottom.
The Dean SR114E electric fryer's door, frypot, and backsplash/flue cover are made of stainless steel—strong, rust-resistant metal that withstands high-volume use. For corrosion resistance, it features aluminized sides. To simplify operation, this unit is equipped with a power switch and an indicator light. It's furnished with adjustable legs to maintain stability on uneven flooring and a built-in hanger to support baskets when not in use.
