Server 87772 Description
The Server 87772 heated dipper well is a drop-in unit designed as an alternative to traditional perpetual-flow dippers. This unit heats water to 140 degrees Fahrenheit to rinse harmful bacteria from utensils. Instead of requiring a continuous flow of water, the ConserveWell® features a programmable countdown timer with adjustable alarm volume to notify staff when water needs to be replaced, which saves operators money by reducing water use.
Made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the Server 87772 ConserveWell dipper well's inset measures 5 inches in diameter by 5 1⁄2 inches high. This inset is surrounded by thermal-composite housing which remains cool-to-the-touch for employee safety. To uphold front-of house appearances, this 120-volt unit can be plugged in above or below the counter.
