Metro Q546G3 MetroMax® Q Polymer Louvered Shelf Kit - 42"W x 24"D x 63"H

The Metro Q546G3 shelf kit ships knocked down; once constructed, it measures 41¹³/₁₆ inches wide by 24³/₈ inches deep by 63 inches high. It ships with four steel frames, four polymer shelves, four polymer posts, and one-piece wedges that enable tool-free construction. The wedges snap onto the posts which are embossed with visual guides every inch for customizable and level shelf placement. The four-sided steel frames fit the shelf mats and feature an open-corner design that slips over the wedges for a secure hold. While each of its installed shelves can hold 800 pounds, the whole unit's load should not exceed 2,000 pounds to maintain its structural integrity.

For more humid settings, the Metro Q546G3 shelf kit's shelf mats and posts are embedded with Microban® antimicrobial protection to reduce bacterial and mold growth. For additional security, its steel frame is finished in an epoxy coat that resists corroding and rusting. This storage unit can be installed in ambient temperature settings between -20 and 125 degrees Fahrenheit. For cleaning, the mats can be removed and placed inside a dishmachine, while the posts and steel frames are cleaned with non-abrasive detergents and a cloth.
