It has a removable shelf mat, and with its polymer construction, it resists chipping and is dishmachine safe. Because the shelf mat is wire, it encourages air to flow around the stored product, which prevents dust accumulation and uneven walk-in cooling. Made with an antimicrobial agent, the shelf resists the growth of mold, mildew, and bacteria.
