Metro C535-HFS-L Description
The Metro C535-HFS-L C5™ 3 half-height, insulated, mobile heated cabinet measures 275/8 inches wide by 311/2 inches deep by 44 inches high. For strength, this piece of equipment is constructed of red Insulation Armour™, a high-density polyethylene that insulates the cabinet and keeps the exterior cool. Its design prevents heat loss and conserves energy, while its durable construction protects it in transit.
Designed for heated holding, the Metro C535-HFS-L heated holding cabinet's temperature range is 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit's recessed controls can be removed without tools for facilitated cleaning and maintenance. The controls include power indicator lights, a master on/off switch, and a digital thermostat. It has the capacity for 17 pans.
