To prevent the accumulation of dust, this shelf has a wire construction that provides uniform cooling when used in a refrigerated environment. Its stainless steel finish is strong enough to withstand years of commercial use and comes with plastic split sleeves that can be installed together with shelving posts to create a larger unit.
