Straight out of the box new does not work don't waste your money

Poorly designed and built. Not for safe holding.

Ordered 2 of these and I am so disappointed with the quality. The strip that covers the wiring for the lights was not glued correctly and was completely loose, exposing the wiring. The doors on both cases jam and do not slide smoothly. First time trying to open the door, there was so much friction between the doors it caused several huge, deep scratches on the glass! Not one leg is on straight, all bent. To top it off, these are marketed as warmers that will keep your hot foods at safe holding temperatures. To my surprise, this is etched right onto the case, "not for storage or display of potentially hazardous foods." What?!

Dependable quality and competitive pricing

Katom offers this product at an almost unbeatable price! We recently had to replace ours. It lasted us about 6 six years of ever day use. This product offers a sturdy design and is an excellent application for high volume restaurants.

Amazing looks and works wonderfully....

Not only does this product allow me to keep hot sandwiches on the top shelf but I can also use the bottom shelf for all my hot side dishes. Great product.

Not really happy, messy, not NSF

It works to divide dough, but I have found that the dough will get pulled up with the cutting blade. The problem is the inside cuts you can't clean, so unless you get a metric hex wrench to take the unit apart, the old dough stays inside. You can not turn this item over to shake out the old dough. Also, after 2 months of use the paint is chipping off, not just the edge, but also under the cutting blades. Called the MFG and was told the paint was non-toxic but also told the unit is NOT NSF.

KaTom Fleetwood Stuffer

This is simply the best sausage stuffer I have ever used! I have used everything from antique cast iron models to the grinder attachment style. Nothing comes close to the speed, convienance and ease of operation of this Fleetwood Stuffer from KaTom. My hunting party ground, stuffed and smoked over a 150 pounds of deer in two days with plenty of time left over for tall tales and 12 oz curles!

Biggest issue is the unit only grates to a fine blend. I assumed incorrectly, that it would offer a couple of different cuts. I think the description nshould let you know that. We bought the unit for grating romano and it turns it into a fine powder and that is not what we want. Hoping we can return product but we threw away the box.
