Skyfood DMS-30 Description

The Skyfood DMS-30 manual dough divider provides 30 individual dough pieces with each press. The dough pan accommodates between 2.2 and 6.6 pounds of dough and uses pressure to evenly disperse it along the pan's surface before it's cut. Depending on the amount of dough inserted into the pan, this unit produces 30 uniform pieces between 1.16 and 3.50 ounces.

  • Not really happy, messy, not NSF

    "It works to divide dough, but I have found that the dough will get pulled up with the cutting blade. The problem is the inside cuts you can't clean, so unless you get a metric hex wrench to take the unit apart, the old dough stays inside. You can not turn this item over to shake out the old dough. Also, after 2 months of use the paint is chipping off, not just the edge, but also under the cutting blades. Called the MFG and was told the paint was non-toxic but also told the unit is NOT NSF."
