Skyfood LAR-25LMBE Description
Great for making large batches, the Skyfood LAR-25LMBE food blender can blend 6 1⁄2 gallons of product at once. Its interior has four ribs pressed into it to product mix correctly. This unit mixes food at a constant speed, which varies depending on how thick the mixture is. It is operated with a single switch, and to prevent accidents, the switch comes with a silicone cover.
Because this Skyfood LAR-25LMBE floor-style food blender is so large, it has a tilting mechanism for pouring product. After mixing, users can remove the lid, grab the handle, and press down on the lock pedal; this releases the container from its upright position so that the user can lower it slowly. For durability, the blades, container, and stand are all constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel. The interior is smooth and seamless, without any hard-to-clean creases.

We bought 3. 2 are working well. 1 has some issues. I have been in contact with the warranty folks, they sent out a guy. Motor is being replaced this week hopefully. We use to make dressings.
