Camwear® Food Pans (Polycarbonate)

• Material: Polycarbonate
• Best for: Refrigerated holding, food prep tables, and cold food displays
• Temperature range: -40 to 210 degrees F

Clear, durable, and long lasting, Camwear pans resist bending and cracking while keeping food visible. They’re a cost-effective alternative to metal pans for cold holding. They extend shelf life in cold or dry storage, but they do contain BPA.

Translucent Food Pans (Polypropylene)

• Material: Polypropylene
• Best for: Refrigerated and room-temperature holding
• Temperature range: -40 to 160 degrees F

Budget-friendly and BPA-free, translucent polypropylene pans are stackable and durable for everyday storage. They aren’t as clear as polycarbonate, so their contents may be harder to identify. They also won't withstand high temperatures.

H-Pan® Series (Amber Resin)

• Material: Amber resin
• Best for: Cold-to-hot prep, storage, and serving applications
• Temperature range: -40 to 375 degrees F

These amber or black pans can transition from cooler to oven, microwave, or steam table without warping. Transparent enough to identify their contents, this series includes optional handled versions for safer transport.

Coldfest® Insulated Pans (ABS Plastic)

• Material: ABS plastic
• Best for: Cold food bars and buffets
• Temperature range: Below 41 degrees F

Freeze Cambro's Coldfest insulated pans upside down overnight, then hold pre-chilled foods below the danger zone (41 degrees Fahrenheit) for up to 8 hours without ice or electricity. The ABS shell houses a non-toxic gel layer that freezes for insulation.

These polypropylene seal covers include an inner seal that helps prevent spills and protects contents from air and potential contaminants. Food sealed with these lids can stay fresh for up to 3 days longer than food covered with only plastic wrap or foil.
