Turbo Air Warranties
Commercial refrigeration from Turbo Air is durable and dependable with minimal maintenance needed. On Jan. 1, 2013, Turbo Air rolled out new warranties to offer extended coverage. Those policies offer a warranty of 3 years for the entire unit for parts and labor, plus an additional 2 years of coverage for the compressor.
Turbo Air further extended its warranty coverage for PRO and Super Deluxe Series models – effective Jan. 1, 2020 – to include 7 years on the compressor, an extension made possible thanks to the company's effective self-cleaning condenser. As of Dec. 1, 2022, most PRO, Super Deluxe, and M3 series models are also eligible for a 5-year parts and labor warranty.

Warranty Details
Turbo Air's warranties ensure that, as long as the equipment is properly installed, used, and maintained as outlined in the user manual, the company will cover the cost of labor and parts to repair any defects that occur in the specified timeframe. Every compressor, no matter what the timeframe of warranty for the rest of the model, is covered for 5 years. The Turbo Air warranty for the compressor applies only to the hermetically-sealed compressor and does not include any of the attached parts that are not part of the sealed unit. All labor is completed by trained Turbo Air technicians to ensure quality service.
Filing a warranty claim with Turbo Air is made quick and easy with an online claim form. You will need some basic information, such as the model number, serial number, and purchase date. The warranty department is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Time, and representatives are available to answer questions during those hours at 1-800-381-7770.
The Turbo Air warranty does not cover any product loss sustained due to refrigeration failure, or any other consequential damages that may occur. It also will not cover any damage sustained through alteration, neglect, abuse, incorrect installation, electrical power failure, fire, flood, or other natural disasters.
