Shipping & Delivery Information

We strive to deliver your products as quickly and inexpensively as possible. Though the shipping time and cost shown at checkout is the most accurate estimate available, final shipping charges may differ. If the difference exceeds 15 percent, we will contact you via phone or email for approval before processing your order.

Shipping Addresses

To ensure accurate and affordable delivery, please consider these guidelines when placing an order

  • Verify that your shipping address is correct, including suite and apartment numbers.

  • Business addresses must include the business name.

  • P.O. Boxes cannot be used for shipping. Freight carriers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Businesses operated from a residence are treated as residential addresses, so be sure to check the appropriate box.

  • Always include a valid phone number. Carriers often call before delivery.

Shipping Partners & Methods

We partner with major carriers for standard shipments. Large items over 50 pounds or longer than 75 inches will ship via a freight carrier.

Multiple Shipments

Orders may ship in multiple packages as items become available. Shipping charges are billed only on the first shipment.

Freight Receiving Procedures

Freight Deliveries:

  • Verify shipment contents before the driver leaves.

  • Inspect the packaging for damage and note any issues on the delivery receipt.

  • Mark receipts as “subject to inspection.”

  • Report concealed damage within three business days.

  • Take photos and document any damage.

Item damages options:

  • Accept with noted damage.

  • Refuse delivery.

    (Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET; Sat, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET)

Delivery Options:

  • Non-Commercial Address: Any residence, apar tment, school, or church.

  • Commercial Address: Sites with tractor-trailer access or loading docks, open 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

  • Freight carriers usually contact you to schedule delivery.

Liftgate Service

  • Required for items that qualify for freight shipping if there is no dock or tractor-trailer access.

  • Doesn't include inside delivery.

  • Must be selected at checkout; post-order additions may increase fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email. Tracking details can also be accessed through your account or by contacting customer service.

Free shipping is eligible for in-stock orders over $500 that ship directly from our warehouse. Your cart will clearly indicate any free shipping items above the checkout button. Free shipping is not available on drop-shipped items.

Free standard ground shipping may only be valid within the 48 contiguous United States. Customers shipping items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any island off the coast may need to contact customer service to obtain a shipping quote before their order can be processed.

PO boxes may not be listed as the shipping address since freight carriers will not deliver to PO boxes.

Upon arrival, inspect your delivery before the driver leaves. If damage is present, take pictures of any damage and note the damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. If the carrier will not or does not want to participate in a freight claim, it is best to refuse the damaged piece and call our customer care team immediately at 800-541-8683, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to— 8 p.m. Eastern Time. Please have your order number, shipping information, and any available tracking numbers ready so we can quickly and accurately assist you.

We're happy to offer expedited shipping for many of our products; however, items shipping via freight carrier must be quoted. For more information about expedited freight shipments, call us at 800-541-8683. Shipping times are subject to availability of products, and expediated options will only appear in your cart if they're available at the time of purchase.

  • 3 Day — 3 business days within the 48 contiguous states
  • 2 Day Air — 2 business days within all 50 states, with some limitations for Alaska and Hawaii

Most items ship internationally via our ground shipping partner, while large, heavy, and/or bulky items will ship via freight carrier. We cannot ship freight outside of the United States directly; however, we can ship to an international freight forwarder location in the United States for international freight deliveries.
  • You're responsible for finding and hiring your own freight forwarder
  • Once delivered to your forwarder, they're responsible for delivery beyond this point
  • It's your responsibility to make delivery and payment arrangements with the freight forwarder
