Engineered for workflow, the MoTak MRCB-2 chef base provides 12.7 cubic feet of cold storage across two refrigerated drawers that keep ingredients close to the cooking line. A stainless steel exterior withstands regular use in demanding environments, while four pre-installed casters allow staff to reposition the unit when needed. This design supports efficient organization beneath cooking equipment.
The MoTak MRCB-2 chef base holds three full-size food pans in each drawer, giving operators dependable storage capacity for prepared items. A side-mounted, slide-out compressor simplifies service access, and the refrigeration system runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Temperatures remain steady in the 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit range to preserve food quality.
