Perfect for producing chilis, stews, and soups in large quantities, the Crown Steam GC-12 tilting steam kettle holds 12 gallons of food. If users want to attach a faucet to the kettle, a bracket is included. A support console houses the unit's controls and is mounted on the right.

The temperature of the Crown Steam GC-12 steam kettle can be set to a level between 150 and 285 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat is created and distributed consistently by a steam jacket surrounding the kettle's lower two-thirds. This compartment is factory sealed, so users don't have to add water to the unit manually to create steam.
