Southbend KECTC-6 Description
To maintain a safe cooking process, the Southbend KECTC-6 tilting kettle includes a low water level cutoff system with an indicator, preventing operation when water levels drop too low. This countertop model holds 6 gallons, and its 2⁄3 steam jacket evenly distributes heat. The kettle's stainless steel exterior and interior liner enhances long-term durability.
The right-side console is equipped with a solid state temperature control system, a pressure gauge, and a self-locking hand crank tilt mechanism that allows the unit to tilt past 90 degrees for thorough emptying and cleaning. A faucet bracket is also integrated for added convenience.
