The Crown Steam DPT-40 steam kettle accommodates 40 gallons of a liquid product such as chili, stew, or broth. With a manual mechanism, this piece of equipment tilts forward to a full 90 degrees so users can empty all its contents. Easing operation, a faucet bracket is included.

The Crown Steam DPT-40 steam kettle has a stainless steel interior and exterior. For use with acidic foods that would corrode other materials, the interior is made of 304 stainless steel. Users must pair this unit with an external steam source.
