Southbend KDPT-20 Description
The Southbend KDPT-20 steam kettle holds 20 gallons, and because of its corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel liner, highly acidic foods can be cooked in this kettle. Including its console and pedestal base, the unit's exterior is also made of stainless steel.
The Southbend KDPT-20 steam kettle has a steam jacket around its lower 2⁄3 section. Heated by direct steam, this jacket uses an external boiler or steam generator. After cooking, users can tilt the kettle a full 90 degrees to remove all its contents.
