With a 30-gallon capacity and 2⁄3 jacketed interior, the Southbend KDLS-30 stationary kettle ensures even heat distribution for consistent cooking. The hemispherical bottom promotes superior heat circulation, making it ideal for preparing soups, sauces, and stews. Constructed of durable stainless steel, the exterior features a satin finish, while the 316 stainless steel interior liner resists corrosion from acidic ingredients. This model is mounted on tri-legs, each with an adjustable flanged foot for secure floor installation.
The Southbend KDLS-30 kettle is equipped with a 2-inch draw-off valve for controlled dispensing, complete with a perforated strainer to filter out solid ingredients.
