To enhance product clarity, the interior of the Valpro VP48G back bar cooler is illuminated with LED lights. Its 10.5-cubic-foot interior capacity provides ample space to store drinks and prepackaged products, and two doors enclose the interior. To reduce the risk of being left ajar, these doors are self-closing. Its magnetic door gaskets provide a fitted seal and are removable and replaceable without tools for simple cleaning. To deter theft, this unit comes with a standard door lock. For optimal storage space, this model comes with four epoxy-coated wired shelves that can be adjusted in ¹/₂-inch increments to accommodate various products. As many as 36 six-packs of 12-ounce bottles can be stored on these shelves.

For durability, the Valpro VP48G bar refrigerator's exterior is made of black powder-coated galvanized steel, while its interior and framework are made of stainless steel. Its triple-pane, low-E glass doors are vacuum insulated to keep cool air in. To further retain temperatures, the entire unit is foamed in place with polyurethane insulation. It comes with a digital thermostat to monitor and regulate temperatures, which can be set between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit sits on four casters to simplify transportation; the two front casters can lock to keep the refrigerator stationary. Overall, it measures 49¹/₁₀ inches wide by 24²/₅ inches deep by 42³/₁₀ inches high and operates with R290 refrigerant.
