Curtis GEM-3 Description
The Curtis GEM-3 Gemini® coffee satellite server dispenses coffee into airpots and servers so they can be moved to another location for self-service applications. To preserve coffee's heat and bold flavor, the interior is lined with double-wall insulation, and at the top of the unit is a brew-through lid that can be locked to prevent heat and moisture from escaping.
The Curtis GEM-3 satellite server's regular faucet has standard clearance, so operators can fill airpots comfortably. Made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this unit measures 9 inches wide by 13.50 inches deep by 10.75 inches high and has a 1.5-gallon capacity. To match other pieces of countertop equipment, it has a sleek black finish.
