MoTak MSP2 Description
Equipped with two burners, this MoTak MSP2 stock pot range accommodates two stock pots simultaneously. The heavy-duty, 1 7⁄8-inch-thick cast iron grate retains heat evenly with high temperatures for back-to-back use. The burners' three-ring design helps create uniform heating patterns, reducing the risk of cold spots for best results. Users can adjust burners with the built-in dual control valves located on the unit's front. To streamline startup, it features two standing pilot lights that instantly ignite.
Made of durable stainless steel, the MoTak MSP2 stock pot burner defends against corrosion and withstands high-volume use. Its cast iron grates and crumb tray are removable so users can thoroughly clean cooked-on buildup. Supported by 8-inch legs, this unit can be adjusted to account for uneven surfaces, minimizing wobbling during operation. Overall, this unit has a 18-inch width, a 42-inch depth, and a 15.75-inch-height.
