Convertible gas configuration supports natural gas or liquid propane for flexible installation. MoTak MSP2 stock pot range, model 734-MSP2, features stainless steel construction for durability in demanding kitchens. Two 3-ring cast iron burners provide 160,000 BTU for boiling and simmering, while dual control valves per burner ensure precise flame adjustments. Standing pilot lights enable quick ignition for efficient operation.
Adjustable feet provide stability on uneven surfaces. A 1-7⁄8-inch thick cast iron grate supports heavy stock pots and removes for maintenance. The MoTak MSP2 stock pot range includes a removable crumb tray for easy cleaning. A 3⁄4-inch rear NPT gas inlet with a pressure regulator ensures steady gas flow for consistent performance.
