Each burner is equipped with two continuous pilots and features manual controls that allow users to operate the inner and outer rings independently, optimizing flame levels for varying pot sizes. The open top accommodates oversized stock pots up to 41 inches long, making it ideal for preparing broths, sauces, and soups in high-volume kitchens.

Outfitted with a full-length seamless drip pan, the Dukers DCSPA2 stock pot range is part of the DCSPA series and features stainless steel side panels, a front valve cover, and legs built to withstand the rigors of demanding commercial environments. Stainless steel tubing feeds the pilot tips for enhanced durability and safe gas flow. Heavy-duty cast iron top grates support large cookware securely during use. A 3⁄4-inch rear NPT gas connection and regulator are included for standard installation.
