Ovention SHUTTLE S2000 Description
Equipped with dual 21-inch by 20-inch shuttle zones and a 21-inch fully insulated cook chamber, the Ovention SHUTTLE S2000 20-inch electric countertop conveyor oven delivers high-performance cooking for commercial kitchens. Its patented Shuttle® mode creates a sealed baking chamber for precise and energy-efficient cooking, while the conveyor mode accommodates pizzas as wide as 20 inches, making it ideal for high-volume operations. With a FlexTemp™ dynamic temperature management system, this oven adjusts temperatures by 25 degrees Fahrenheit either direction between cycles, providing the flexibility needed for diverse recipes. Operating ventlessly, it features a built-in catalytic converter, eliminating the need for an external ventilation system.
The Ovention SHUTTLE S2000 conveyor oven is constructed of a durable 430 stainless steel exterior with a cool-to-touch surface for safety during operation. Inside, the 304 stainless steel cooking chamber is illuminated and made for consistent heat retention. Dual 5-inch color touchscreen displays store and manage more than 1,000 customizable recipes, while USB menu upload capability simplifies updates. Independently controlled top and bottom Precision Impingement® air systems with variable-speed recirculation ensure even heat distribution for consistent cooking results. To conserve energy, this oven features an automatic power-save mode, while the smart voltage sensor technology maintains reliable operation under varying power conditions.
