Featuring a front-facing 5-inch touchscreen display, the Ovention MATCHBOX M360-12 simplifies operation and recipe management with storage for as many as 600 customizable recipes with USB menu upload capabilities. Constructed of a cool-to-touch 430 stainless steel exterior and a fully insulated 304 stainless steel cook chamber, this oven is built for safety and long-lasting durability. Precision Impingement® jet plates, paired with independently controlled top and bottom air systems, ensure consistent heat distribution for even results.
