Cookshack SM160 Description
The Cookshack SM160 commercial smoker features an 11.25-square-foot interior with five nickel-plated shelves, enabling the unit to hold 120 pounds of pork butts, 100 pounds of brisket, 50 pounds of ribs, or 20 whole chickens for optimal performance. The side racks keep the grills stable regardless of the food product's heft. This unit operates with electronically controlled heating elements, and utilizes a wood box to create smoke that enhances the flavor of food. As the meat cooks inside, the bottom-placed pan collects any stray drips or greases. This unit can be set between 130 and 275 degrees Fahrenheit, while the interior walls are made of double-wall stainless steel featuring Spin-Glas® insulation that's rated for temperatures as high as 850 degrees F.
The Cookshack SM160 commercial smoker is part of the Smartsmoker® series, which is operated through the simple, accessible IQ5 controller. This panel offers control over cooking temperature, holding temperature, cook time, and pre-time buttons. Operating conditions are communicated via the IQ5 LCD display screen. The built-in alarm alerts users to the end of a cooking cycle, and employees can choose between 3-stage, 2-stage, and probe mode cooking options. The control panel offers space for USB insertion, which can download 512 hours of cooking time to a USB flash drive. Overall, this unit measures 201/2 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 52 inches high and can be placed under a Type II hood for ventilation.
