Featuring programmable, digital IQ6 controls with an LCD display, the Cookshack SM160 Smartsmoker® commercial smoker oven enables Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB connectivity for recipe management and data entry. Three-stage, two-stage, and probe mode cooking options guide heat transitions, while a built-in alarm indicates cycle completion. Holding up to 120 pounds of meat, its five 18-inch nickel-plated shelves mount on side racks for structured airflow. A removable drip pan collects rendered fats, and Spin-Glas® insulation stabilizes temperatures between 130 and 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Cookshack SM160 full-size oven rolls on four casters for smooth mobility during transportation or cleaning. With a 10-pound starter supply, its wood box generates consistent smoke and includes a handle for controlled loading. A spare heating element offers quick replacement with minimal downtime, while a spice kit supports seasoning flexibility.
