MoTak MWR-36-X Description
Users can prepare ingredients and store them in one space with the MoTak MWR-36-X worktop refrigerator. Made of stainless steel to endure scratches and scuffs from slicing product, the countertop has a backsplash on the rear edge that helps prevent potential messes from reaching adjacent surfaces. Beneath the worktop, a two-section refrigerator includes two adjustable, heavy-duty, coated shelves that accommodate various product sizes. The cabinet has two self-closing doors to help maintain temperatures, and users can also secure the doors with a 90-degree, stay-open feature when loading or unloading product.
To accommodate a wide range of product, the MoTak MWR-36-X two-section worktop refrigerator's temperature range is adjustable between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Using the integrated electronic control system, operators can modify temperature set points and track defrost frequency for best results. Encouraging operators to meet cleaning and servicing maintenance requirements, the condenser coil is built into an accessible location. Overall, this unit measures 36.25 inches wide by 29.5 inches deep by 38.75 inches high.
