MoTak MDC79-X Description
To provide clear visibility of merchandised product, the MoTak MDC79-X full-service deli case features a curved glass front as well as LED interior lighting. Operators can access the cabinet through three rear sliding glass doors, and to streamline cleaning, its interior corners are rounded. The temperature can be adjusted between 32 and 43 degrees Fahrenheit using an electronic temperature control system. These temperatures are maintained with R290 refrigerant—a hydrocarbon that is more environmentally friendly than traditional options.
The MoTak MDC79-X refrigerated deli case is furnished with nine adjustable, heavy-duty shelves protected with a PVC coating. It features a black-coated steel exterior and an aluminum interior liner to provide strength and corrosion resistance. To further streamline service, its condenser coil is accessible. This unit offers three levels of merchandising area, and overall, it measures 82 inches wide by 32.50 inches deep by 46.50 inches high.
