Marsal WF-60 Description
The Marsal WF-60 single deck oven has a brick-lined chamber with a wave design that increases heat retention and casts heat back down to pizzas on the cooking surface. The cooking surface measures 36 inches by 54 inches and it's 2 inches thick. Reaching temperatures as high as 900 degrees Fahrenheit, the oven cooks with a main burner and a side burner. The burners can be controlled individually for precision because they each have their own thermostat.
To monitor product and view the flame from the side burner, the Marsal WF-60 pizza deck oven has a viewing window in the front. For durability, the unit's top, sides, and shelf are made of stainless steel—a metal that doesn't rust, corrode, fade, or warp with extended use. This oven measures 80 inches wide by 44.25 inches deep, overall.
