Marsal WF-60 Description
The top, sides, and shelf of the Marsal WF-60 single pizza deck oven are made of stainless steel, providing enough durability to withstand years of heavy use. It operates with a main burner and a side burner, which brings internal temperatures to levels higher than 900 degrees Fahrenheit. Each burner has its own thermostat and is adjustable with independent controls. Its cooking surface is 2 inches thick and measures 36 inches by 54 inches.
The Marsal WF-60 pizza deck oven has a window in the front for viewing flames from the side burner and monitoring cooking product. Its chamber is brick lined to force heat towards the cooking surface and increase heat retention. Overall, this unit measures 80 inches wide by 44.25 inches deep.
