The Marsal MB-60STACKED double pizza deck oven holds (12) 18-inch-diameter pizzas in two 60-inch-by-36-inch baking chambers. These chambers have 2-inch-thick cooking surfaces and are brick lined to improve recovery times and output rates. To prevent heat from escaping, the chamber doors are double paneled to create an air shield. Interior lights are used to brighten the chambers and enhance product visibility. Side clearances are not needed with the Marsal MB-60STACKED double deck oven, since fiberglass insulation is used to withstand high temperatures.
