The Marsal MB-60STACKED double pizza deck oven is situated on adjustable legs that prevent wobbling on sloped or uneven floors. Each deck accommodates six 18-inch pizzas, and the baking chambers measure 36 inches by 60 inches with 2-inch-thick cooking surfaces. Enabling monitoring of product as it cooks, the chambers are lit with halogen lights. Thermostatic controls on each deck enable temperature adjustments from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit.
Overall, the Marsal MB-60STACKED pizza deck oven measures 80 inches wide by 44.25 inches deep by 80.5 inches high. Suiting it for commercial use, the top and sides are constructed of resilient stainless steel. To create an air shield, the black doors are double paneled, keeping the exterior cool to the touch.
