Marsal MB-60 Description
Enduring high temperatures while eliminating heat loss, the Marsal MB-60 pizza deck oven is equipped with fiberglass insulation. The ceiling is brick lined to enable uniform cooking, and the black doors are double paneled to create an air shield, ensuring the workspace is cool to reduce the risk of injury. Made of stainless steel, the top and sides are durable and resistant to rust and corrosion. Using thermostat controls, operators can adjust the temperature from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Marsal MB-60 single pizza deck oven has a 2-inch-thick cooking surface with a 36-inch by 60-inch baking chamber. It accommodates six 18-inch pizzas, speeding up the cooking process by helping employees prepare several pies at once. To enable monitoring, halogen lights are fitted inside the unit. It's mounted on adjustable legs, enabling installation on uneven surfaces without wobbling.
