Marsal MB-60 Description
The Marsal MB-60 single pizza deck oven has high-temperature fiberglass insulation to prevent heat from escaping, reducing the amount of energy loss. Its black doors are double paneled to create an air shield, ensuring the oven workspace is cool to reduce the risk of burns. To provide even cooking, the ceiling of the oven is lined with brick. This oven's top and sides are made of stainless steel, offering durability to suit it for commercial use.
Positioned on adjustable legs, the Marsal MB-60 pizza deck oven can be installed on uneven surfaces. It features thermostatic controls that enable temperature adjustments from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit, and pizza is cooked on a 2-inch-thick cooking surface. The cooking chamber measures 36 inches by 60 inches, accommodating six 18-inch pizzas at once. To help employees monitor food as it cooks, the interior is illuminated with halogen lights.
