For even heating, the oven uses a dual-dome system that optimizes temperature capture. Its 47¹/₂-inch-wide by 16-inch-deep volcanic cooking stone accommodates four 10-inch pizzas and absorbs and maintains heat while reducing sticking.

To ease maneuvering and provide stability during use, the Crown Verity CV-PZ-48-MB outdoor pizza deck oven is mounted on two 14-inch wheels and two total-lock casters. Its body and legs are constructed of sturdy 304 series stainless steel that resists corrosion, scratches, and dents. For simple setup, this 70-inch-wide by 28-inch-deep by 53-inch-tall unit ships fully assembled on a skid, and to streamline operation, its tank holders accommodate two 20-pound LP gas tanks.
