The Crown Verity CV-PZ-36-MB mobile pizza oven combines direct, convection, and radiant heat to bake three 10-inch-diameter pizzas effectively. This unit features three 12,500-BTU stainless steel burners and a quick-heating 5,000-BTU advanced pilot system that remains lit in various outdoor conditions for smooth operation. Each 12-inch cooking tile features an independent temperature control, meaning different dishes or pizzas can be baked at their required temperature. While the low-porosity volcanic cooking stone absorbs and maintains heat and reduces the chance of sticking, the dual-dome system optimizes temperature captures to provide consistent heat. To ease cleanup, a crumb tray is built beneath the cooking stones and burners.
Great for patio-centric eateries or event venues, the Crown CV-PZ-36-MB pizza oven measures 58 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 53 inches tall and rests on two 14-inch wheels and two total-lock casters for mobility. To endure repeated use and provide rust, dent, and scratch resistance, its body and legs are made of 304 stainless steel, and for additional strength, it boasts a unibody design. This LP-gas-powered unit requires two 20-pound LP gas tanks, which can conveniently be stored on the unit's rear tank holders.
