Crown Verity CV-PZ-36-CB Outdoor Pizza Deck Oven, Liquid Propane

The Crown Verity CV-PZ-36-CB outdoor pizza deck oven is powered by three burners operated with Piezo ignition system. Built with a volcano stone cooking surface, this oven prevents crust from sticking and absorbs and maintains heat for efficient baking. To provide reliable and consistent heat, it utilizes a dual-dome system that captures interior temperatures. It includes two 30-pound propane tanks attached to the lower shelf and produces a total output of 85,000 BTUs. Made of 304 stainless steel, this unit is highly durable and resistant to rusting, corroding, and warping.

Strong and lightweight, the Crown Verity CV-PZ-36-CB pizza oven is built with a unibody design. It includes two 14-inch wheels and two 5-inch casters to facilitate mobility. Equipped with a push handle, this unit is easy to steer and reposition. It ships fully assembled and measures 58 inches wide by 28.5 inches deep by 53 inches high.
