The Crown Verity CV-PZ-24-TT pizza oven can be used to cook fresh pizzas to perfection on restaurant patios and outdoor dining areas. It accommodates two 10-inch pizzas and features a dual-dome system that maintains ideal and consistent temperatures for best results. To reduce sticking while absorbing and preserving heat, it's designed with a volcanic stone cooking surface, and for comfortable carrying, a handle is built onto each side. Overall, this tabletop model measures 43 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 33 inches high.
To extend its service life in high-volume environments, the Crown Verity CV-PZ-24-TT outdoor pizza oven is made of durable, rust-resistant 304 stainless steel. For additional strength, it features a unibody design and is mounted on four sturdy, L-shaped legs. Powered by LP gas, it uses a Piezo ignition system and has a total output of 60,000 BTUs. This unit is equipped with a crumb tray below its two burners and cooking stone to facilitate thorough cleaning.
