Crown Verity CV-PZ-24-MB Outdoor Pizza Deck Oven, Liquid Propane

Great for outdoor events and patios, the Crown Verity CV-PZ-24-MB mobile pizza oven is built with a 5,000-BTU advanced pilot system and two quick-heating, 12,500-BTU stainless steel burners that remain lit during outdoor use. Powered by LP gas, this unit is equipped with tank holders that accommodate two 20-pound LP gas tanks to keep them both within reach and concealed. To cook an 11-inch thin-crust pizza in less than 2 minutes, the oven combines direct, convection, and radiant heat and utilizes a dual-dome system that captures the optimum temperature for reliable heat. Large enough to bake two 10-inch pizzas at once, its 23¹⁄₂-inch-wide by 16-inch-deep cooking deck is divided into 12-inch-wide cooking tiles with independent temperature controls. So products don't stick to the surface, these tiles are made of low porosity volcanic stone that absorbs and maintains heat.

Part of the Mobile series, the Crown Verity CV-PZ-24-MB outdoor pizza oven measures 46 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 53 inches high and is outfitted with 14-inch wheels, two total-lock casters, and push handles to ease mobility when it needs to be repositioned or transported. Its body and legs are made of 304 stainless steel—a durable metal that resists rust, corrosion, and wear—while its unibody design provides lasting strength throughout high-volume use. The wind guards and pizza oven door cover help preserve the burners' flames, and the wind guards can be removed as needed for cleaning. This unit includes a center finishing shelf to add toppings to the baked pizza, and to save room, it can be removed. To ease cleaning, crumb trays beneath the cooking stone and burners capture debris to ease cleaning, and to simplify setup, it ships fully assembled on a skid.
