MoTak MSP1 stock pot range features stainless steel construction for durability in high-heat applications. A single 3-ring cast iron burner provides 80,000 BTU for boiling and simmering. Dual control valves enable precise adjustments, and two standing pilot lights ensure quick ignition, streamlining operation in commercial kitchens.
A 1-7⁄8-inch thick cast iron grate supports heavy cookware and is removable for maintenance. The MoTak MSP1 stock pot range includes a removable crumb tray for simplified cleaning. Adjustable feet provide stability on uneven surfaces., and a 3⁄4-inch rear NPT gas inlet with a pressure regulator ensures consistent gas flow.
