Dukers DCSPA1 Description
Built for heavy-duty heating, the single cast iron burner on the Dukers DCSPA1 stock pot range uses three concentric rings to generate a total of 80,000 BTU. Two manual controls adjust the inner and outer rings separately, offering flexible intensity. A full-length drip pan beneath the top grates catches spills and simplifies cleanup between batches.
This unit is field convertible between natural gas and propane, giving kitchens adaptability based on utility access. The Dukers DCSPA1 stock pot range includes stainless steel legs, a front valve cover, and side panels for added durability. With an 18- inch by 18-inch cooking surface and 3⁄4-in. rear gas connection, it provides dependable performance in a compact, floor-mounted footprint.
