Black Diamond BDGF-90 Description
The Black Diamond BDGF-90 fast food deep fryer can prepare cheese curds, french fries, and other casual and fast food favorites for various restaurants. This fryer's cooking range is 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, providing a sizable array of food-frying options for chefs. Its 16-gauge stainless steel construction withstands potential rusting from fryer oil.
This Black Diamond BDGF-90 commercial fryer's high-limit temperature cut-off stops the flow of gas if the fryer gets too hot; this protects users and equipment from harm. Pressure regulator, pilot valve, and gas filter are functions of the gas control valve, among other features. This valve controls how much gas gets to the pilot as well, cutting the flow to save fuel if there is no flame. The fryer's 6-inch adjustable legs enable kitchen staff to tweak and adjust its orientation for uneven floors.
