Black Diamond BDGF-90 Description
The Black Diamond BDGF-90 commercial fryer is great for onion rings, fried chicken, and other fast casual food staples in many different establishment types. It can cook foods between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit, giving chefs a range of different options for preparing fried products. Its 16-gauge stainless steel tank resists rusting and streamlines cleaning.
This Black Diamond BDGF-90 fast food fryer has a high-limit temperature cut-off that halts gas flow if the fryer gets too hot, preventing users or equipment from suffering damage. The pilot valve, pressure regulator, gas filter, and other functions are all handled through the gas control valve. This valve can regulate how much gas gets to the pilot and stops the flow if there is no flame. For stability on uneven floors, the fryer has 6-inch adjustable legs.
