A special clay hearthstone in the deck enhances heat retention, creating an even bake for pizzas, bread, and pastries. The digital display with electronic controls allows for precise temperature adjustments between 400 and 752 degrees Fahrenheit.
Equipped with Turbo-Start technology, the PizzaMaster PM 451ED-DW deck oven rapidly preheats, reducing downtime between baking cycles. Dual halogen lighting in the chamber provides enhanced visibility, making it easier for operators to monitor cooking progress. The thermostat, Turbo-Start, and service indicators provide real-time system updates, helping maintain consistent performance.
