Wood Stone WS-GRC-60 Description
The Wood Stone WS-GRC-60 gas rice cooker is a countertop appliance designed to handle medium-volume production using natural gas. With a 25-inch by 25-inch footprint and a 14 3⁄4-inch height, it accommodates (3) 1/3-size hotel pans (not included), enabling operators to cook white and brown rice simultaneously. Each pan yields up to 20 cups of cooked rice, and the separate compartments allow batch flexibility to reduce waste and simplify portion control. Rice can be transferred directly to the serving line or a hot holding cabinet without additional handling.
The Wood Stone WS-GRC-60 rice cooker uses a 33,000 BTU/hr burner and requires less than 3,000 BTU per full pan cook cycle. Average cook times are 23 minutes for white rice and 33 minutes for brown rice. Digital controls let users adjust cooking parameters for custom results. The stainless steel exterior and cooking zone support durability and ease of cleaning, while the unit's gas-fired design ensures energy efficiency.
