Wood Stone WS-GRC-60 Description
The Wood Stone WS-GRC-60 gas rice cooker supports flexible batch cooking through its 1⁄3-size pan layout. Its 25-inch by 25-inch footprint and 14 3⁄4-inch height accommodate (3) 6-inch-deep hotel pans (not included), each capable of producing 20 cups of rice. These pans can be loaded in any combination of white and brown rice, allowing staff to meet demand while minimizing overproduction. The design lets cooked rice move directly to a holding cabinet or serving line, saving handling time and reducing cleanup.
The Wood Stone WS-GRC-60 rice cooker uses an LP-powered 33,000 BTU/hr burner that consumes under 3,000 BTUs per full pan cook. White rice typically cooks in 23 minutes, and brown rice takes about 33 minutes. Its digital controls let users adjust cycle times and temperatures to match different grain types and batch sizes. Constructed from stainless steel, the cooker’s interior and exterior are built for long-term durability in repeated-use environments.
